🇦🇷 Argentina — Puerto Iguazú
The Argentine side: in among the water
The Argentine park is the immersive one, and it's built for a full day. A network of steel catwalks and forest trails takes you above the cataracts on the Upper Circuit, down among them on the Lower Circuit, and — via a small open-air jungle train — out to the long walkway that ends at the lip of the Devil's Throat. You spend hours beside the water here, close enough to feel the spray and hear the permanent roar. It's less a viewpoint than a place you walk through. If you like the idea of being right in the thick of it, doubling back to your favourite spots and letting the day unspool, this is the side that rewards that. Plan on six to eight hours to do it without rushing.
